Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Webapiconnect course enrollments confirmed by written invoice or enrollment letter. Informational prices on the website are not charges by themselves.

Eligibility & timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not received sandbox credentials or downloadable module packs. Requests received later are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund applies when Webapiconnect cancels a cohort, when a confirmed seat cannot be honored for reasons attributable to us, or when your written cancellation meets the fourteen-day notice rule and no materials were issued.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between thirteen and three days before start, we may refund 50% of tuition after deducting administrative costs. After materials or credentials are issued, or within three days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom data-scrubbing services, Controllers’ Circle private file preparation already performed, and completed live modules are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@webapiconnect.digital with your full name, cohort code, invoice number, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.

Cancellations by Webapiconnect

If we postpone a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no charge or request a full refund of amounts paid for the postponed enrollment.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions that prevent attendance may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit even outside the standard windows; decisions are made case by case and documented in writing.
